1. Bang for your buck – value for money

E.g. Classy sports cars with huge bang for your buck.
(बहुत ही उत्तम दर्जे की स्पोर्ट्स कार और पूरा पैसा वसूल.)

2. A ballpark figure – A rough numerical estimate or approximation

E.g. Give me a ballpark figure of our projected losses.
(हमारे प्रक्षेपित नुक्सान का मुझे एक अनुमान बताओ.)

3. A one man show – refers to someone who runs everything

E.g. I saw him do his one-man show in London, which I loved.
(मैंने उसे लंदन में अकेले प्रदर्शन करते देखा जो मुझे बहुत अच्छा लगा.)

4. Let’s get down to brass tacks – to focus on essential details

E.g. Stop delaying and get down to brass tacks.
(देरी करना बंद करो और जो ज़रूरी है उस पर ध्यान दो.)

5. Best practice – commercial or professional procedures that are accepted or prescribed as being correct or most effective

E.g. The proprietors are keen to implement the best practices in food preparation, storage, and serving.
(मालिक खाने को बनाने, भण्डारण करने, और परोसने में सर्वोत्तम प्रक्रिया लागू करना चाहते हैं.)

6. Bite the bullet – decide to do something difficult or unpleasant that one has been putting off or hesitating over

E.g. Decisions have to be taken and as a director you have got to bite the bullet.
(निर्णेय लेना ज़रूरी है और निर्देशक होने के तौर पर जो निर्णय अब तक नहीं लिए गए हैं वे मुश्किल निर्णय लेने होंगे)

7. Face the music – be confronted with the unpleasant consequences of one’s actions.

E.g. We would later have to face the music over our bold moves.
(हमें बाद में अपने कार्यों के परिणाम भुगतने होंगे.)

8. Flavour of the month – A person or thing that enjoys a short period of great popularity.

E.g. Comedy shows are currently the flavour of the month.
(कॉमेडी शो कुछ समय के लिए प्रचलित हैं.)

9. Carrot and stick approach – A policy of offering a combination of rewards and punishment to induce behavior.

E.g. At their organization they often use the carrot and stick approach.
(उनकी संस्था में वे अक्सर इनाम और सजा देते हैं ताकि सब अच्छे से परफॉर्म करें.)

10. A flight risk – A person who appears ready to leave a job or relationship, presumably for a better opportunity elsewhere.

E.g. Dev is a definite flight risk.
